1. Packaging specifications: 5ml small bottle → 5L pot → 200L iron barrel → 1000L IBC ton barrel
2. Material form: low viscosity liquid, foaming liquid, high viscosity paste, slightly granular material
3. Material selection: 304 stainless steel / 316L stainless steel / PP, PTFE anti-corrosion contact parts
4. Automation level: semi-automatic single machine, fully automatic straight line, rotary high-speed continuous line

Order

What is your order process?
We provide one‑stop service from inquiry, technical confirmation, quotation, production, inspection to shipment. After confirming technical parameters and PI, you arrange deposit, then we start equipment manufacturing. Before delivery, we support machine test‑run inspection. Balance payment shall be settled before shipment.

We accept T/T bank transfer as main payment term. Normally 70% deposit for production, 30% balance before delivery. Other payment conditions can be negotiated according to project orders.

Standard models take 15‑45 working days; customized non‑standard equipment depends on technical requirements. Goods will be delivered by sea freight. We are responsible for goods delivery to Chinese port. Customer handles sea freight and destination‑side customs clearance.

Which shipping methods do you support?

Our water treatment and filling machines are large‑size industrial equipment. Sea freight is our primary shipping solution. For small spare parts, we can support air freight or international express. We deliver goods to designated Chinese seaport. Sea freight, insurance and destination customs clearance are undertaken by buyers.

Standard export plywood wooden cases are adopted for packaging. Key components will be fixed and wrapped with shock‑proof foam. All machines are properly secured inside the case to avoid collision and damage during long‑distance ocean transportation. Photos and videos of packed goods can be provided before shipment.

Production lead‑time varies by product. Standard water treatment and filling equipment takes 15‑25 working days. Custom‑built non‑standard machines require 25‑40 working days. Sea transit time depends on your destination port. We will update you with packing photos and shipping documents once available.
